Arkade Developers Limited is a prominent real estate company specializing in high-end, luxury residential developments in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The company operates under two main business segments:

Development of new residential projects: This involves constructing residential buildings on land acquired by the company.
Redevelopment of existing buildings: The company also focuses on redeveloping older structures.

Between 2017 and the first quarter of 2024, Arkade Developers launched 1,220 residential units and successfully sold 1,045 units across various Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Maharashtra markets. By June 30, 2024, the company had developed 2.20 million square feet of residential property. From 2003 to March 2024, Arkade completed the redevelopment of 10 projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs and 1 project in south-central Mumbai (through a partnership firm where Arkade held a majority stake), covering approximately 1 million square feet of built-up space.

Over the past two decades, the company has completed 28 projects. This includes 11 standalone projects, two of which were executed through partnerships where Arkade held a majority stake. Additionally, eight projects were carried out by the promoter under the proprietorship, M/s Arkade Creations, and nine projects were completed through joint development agreements with third parties. These projects collectively span more than 4.5 million square meters, catering to over 4,000 customers.

As of June 30, 2024, Arkade Developers employed 201 permanent staff and an additional 850 contract-based employees.
